a. Providing Accurate Availability

Please ensure that both your Regular and Occasional Availability that is displayed on your web portal is 100% correct.

KinCare requires the accurate capture of your Regular & Occasional Availability as all future appointments are allocated based on your specified Regular & Occasional Availability.

If your availability currently displayed on the web portal is NOT 100% accurate, please immediately complete 'Form 206: Employee Availability' (located under 'forms' in web portal) and forward to Scheduling via email, fax or post.

If you have any questions regarding 'Regular' or 'Occasional' Availability or require any further assistance on how to complete 'Form 206: Employee Availability' please phone 1300 733 510.

b. Weeky Receipt of Service Vouchers

Do you know why service vouchers must be received weekly by the deadline of 2.00pm every Friday?

In addition to providing a record of ‘time in attendance’ and providing business administration the required time frame to accurately process your payroll, submitting service vouchers weekly allows KinCare to accurately invoice in the correct period.

Please ensure all your service vouchers are received by 2.00pm every Friday.

    • Check your updated roster 24hrs a day*
    • View client service plan
    • View your pay summary
    • View Frequently Asked Questions.
    • Print copies of commonly used forms.
      *Note: On Monday to Friday at interval between 5-8 PM the appointment summaries and timesheets are automatically updated in this system to reflect the latest appointments. Please take this into account when using this system.

 The KinCare Email allows you to:

    • Check your KinCare emails
    • Send correspondence to KinCare office.
