IMPORTANT - SERVICE VOUCHER DEADLINE CHANGES OVER FESTIVE SEASON

1. Change of Voucher Deadline - As a reminder, due to Christmas & Boxing Day public holidays, the Service Voucher deadline is strictly 2.00pm Wednesday 22/12/2010 (as per service calendar). Unfortunately all vouchers NOT received by 2.00pm Wednesday 22/12/2010 cannot be processed until the following fortnight.

2. Service Voucher Receipt - By order of preference
a. Employee Email - employee@kincare.com.au
b. Employee Fax - 1300 799 081
c. (If possible) hand deliver your vouchers to office to guarantee receipt.

3. Please Avoid Posting Service Vouchers - It is highly recommended to avoid (if possible) posting vouchers this week due to the Public Holiday and allow plenty time for delivery. Please note that any delayed Australia Post mail not received by the office by 2.00pm Wednesday 22/12/2010 can not be processed (This includes vouchers that were posted within deadline)

    • Check your updated roster 24hrs a day*
    • View client service plan
    • View your pay summary
    • View Frequently Asked Questions.
    • Print copies of commonly used forms.
      *Note: On Monday to Friday at interval between 5-8 PM the appointment summaries and timesheets are automatically updated in this system to reflect the latest appointments. Please take this into account when using this system.

 The KinCare Email allows you to:

    • Check your KinCare emails
    • Send correspondence to KinCare office.
